New Chain and Making sketches in my book i made.

So i just finished my sketchbook for all my doodles and ideas and i love it. i Also bought a neat orange foxtail and i dig it. it makes me think of my bag as a creature.

London Fashion Week... Todd Lynn is Fuckin amazing.

Ever since Todd Lynn designed the outfit's for Janet Jackson's Make Me video, i've been following his work like a psycho bitch does for a jock in High school. His Collections are insane!!! and if i ever had a designer to be my homie that makes me clothes jus cuz, he'd b my go to guy.
It's now Fall Fashion Week in the UK and he was one of the first to show his collection, i wish i knew what his inspiration was, but knowing him, it's most likely closely related to science and experimentation.
Here are some of my favorite pieces from his Fall 2011 collection.

Holy BALLS Ralph Lauren!

It's so crazy that fashion week for fall is goin on right now. I used to intern at Ralph Lauren and really grew to appreciate his work, so when i checked out what he has in store for fall, i pissed myself. not really, but the collection is SIIIIICCKKKK!!!
The inspiration was 1940's shanghai. he had mostly asian models walk on the runway while they played Bowie's Chyna Girl.
I adore these looks the most. wut wut RL!!!

It's Valentines Day. I'm trying not to be one of those assholes that are all like "it's so stupid/ i'm dateless/ it's only fun when your wit someone/ it's a consumer holiday" yeah, those people who just say these are sad cuz they aint gettin no pussy or dick. And so instead of being an asshole like that, i'll share some musik.
I FUCKING LOVE THE BAND, Baths. this song, Lovely Blood Flow is so gorgeous, and so while i may not have a lover,  this song lets me make believe some epic romantic epherial love video i'd have with my lover. check it out. Itz some sick production.

Egg gaga

So i watched the Grammy's cuz i like to fantasize about the day i walk down the red carpet in a crazy outfit and pose for the Paparazzi. i like to see the fashions and put myself in the interviews when the cameras toggle the entire ensembles.
Lady Gaga was amazing. Though i am really not into the Born this way song, i still adore the girl for her creative mind and avant guarde ways.
She made a pretty amazing entrance as she was carried by her dancers in a big egg. I found this pretty performative as it was a way to say fuck you to the papzs and building anticipation for her performance and hatching. The performance was cool, but i guess being such a fan, i expected a lil bit more. her makeup was ridiculus and amazin. here are some shots of the egg. <3

CHERRY BOMB!!!

So i just watched the Runaways and i'm in fuckin love with this movie and this part of the movie. My best Friend is in love with Party Monster and the Club Kids, but i am in love with these crazy bitches. LOVE THIS! i want to be a 1970's rocker bitch like Cherrie Currie!!!

Manuel Bolano S/S 2011

Amazing work from the spanish designer, Manuel Bolano. I admire how there was simplicity mixed with some crazy textures and colors. lovely printwork too. yeah. pretty snazy.

Iris Van Herpen part 2 and new

Iris Van Herpen is just plain insane!!! i adore her crazy sculptural work and this is from her Spring-Summer 2011 show. i wanna have sex with these garments ....ok maybe not, i just wanna wurrr em.

Jesus Christ where the hell have i been? OOO LOOK A BIRD!!!

So, life has gotten oober busy. making shit. studying shit. and working shit... well at least searching for work. But The Spring semester has started and i am excited for my classes, though i had to drop my french class :(
I'm off to a new start but i will try to post more shit on here.
I am always looking for more inspiration and have come across these images of jacobin pigeons in my Science class (life's designs). Pretty amazing little creatures. i like that the are so wierd... i can relate to how strange they are cuz i'm feeling pretty crazy lately, and feel like a wierd pigeon... except i'm not durtay. well, maybe just a little.
I also like these guys cuz of the silohettes and textures of thier bodies and i am currently working with feathers in my work soooo yeah, you can see y i like em.
